This notice explains which personal data we process when you visit easypos.al or the help centre help.easypos.al, why we process it, and your rights under Albanian Law No. 124/2024 “On personal data protection”.

When you write to us through the contact form on either site, we collect only:
We use them only to answer your request and, if you ask, to offer you our services. The legal basis is your request for information or an offer before a contract.
The sites do not store these details: they reach us by email in our mailbox. We keep them as long as needed to answer and follow up, and no longer than 2 years after the last contact, unless you become a customer or the law requires longer storage.
To stop automated messages, the server counts submissions per IP address for one minute only.
Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, loads only if you click “Accept” in the statistics notice. If you click “Decline” or make no choice, no analytics tool loads.
With your consent, Google collects data about how the site is used (pages visited, device, browser and approximate location) and sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies. Advertising features are turned off. The legal basis is your consent.
You choose separately on each site, and the choice is stored on your device for 180 days. You can change or withdraw it at any time from the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page: measurement stops and that site’s _ga cookies are deleted.
During business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00) a chat button appears. Tawk.to loads only when you click it; before that click Tawk.to receives no data.
Once you open the chat, tawk.to inc. processes your IP address, browser details and what you write, and sets its own cookies and local storage so the conversation can continue. We use chats only to help you. The legal basis is your request to open the chat. More: Tawk.to privacy policy.
Videos do not load on their own. When you click to watch one, it opens from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. From then on Google receives your IP address and browser details and may store data on your device under Google’s privacy policy.
Like any website, the server receives your IP address, the date and time, the requested page and your browser type in order to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. These logs are used only for security and troubleshooting and are deleted automatically after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. The site is served over HTTPS only.

The first three only keep your choices on your device and are never sent to anyone.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run the sites for us:
Google and Tawk.to may process data outside Albania and the European Union, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on these providers’ safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
